I understand your point, but when you have a company that is actively responding to mails and chat, and overnight they stop... That's an indicator that something is off. In fact, their social media has been dead silent for the past few months.

What exactly is going on, I don't know. It's very confusing. The headphones look great, and I'd love more people to hear them and know about them, but as of currently, I don't know whether we can expect anything.
