A super fun Woody
Pros: Lightweight, made out of almost all metal and wood. Looks retro and cool. Sounds open, dynamic clear. Great price to performance.
Cons: On ear can put pressure after long use but replacement pads can fix that easy, honestly not much more to complain about. Open-back design leaks sound

The WTD-3 has a retro style we all are used to seeing, its custom woody looks I personally like so much. Priced much lower than the base SR60x the plastic entry level Grado, the WTD-3 offers a more satisfying sound, in my opinion they sound similar to the much more expensive SR325X I used not too long ago or at least the SR125e that I had for years.
moving on to comfort they are built solid besides the wood part of the cups the rest is metal and the metal reenforced leather headband. Thay are lightweight, clamping force is minimal and stock pads are not irritating. On ears will put a little pressure on ones ears its unavoidable but proper padding keeps this in check.

Sound:
Bass: Is balanced with good depth and weight it is far from boomy but has a decent speed and punch when called upon. works well for rock music and metal.
Mids: are neutral with vocals front and center, the mids have clarity there's no noticeable bleed from the bass but the upper mids are brighter and have good details.
Treble: Well-separated and bright, it never gets harsh and can be polite at times.
Soundstage. Is open and has a natural field it has good details and accuracy.

The OKCSC wtd-3 offers a fun yet non offensive tuning good for listening all day, its retro style is pleasant to the eye and can be easily modified to your taste.

Ive seen these floating around on ebay from time to time, and have always been suspicious. Compared to a legit grado, how capible are these sonically speaking? Might be worth picking up at the right $$ :)

Has anybody else tried them? There aren't many reviews... They seem to be good and ridiculously cheap in aliexpress. Do you still hold up your opinion after 2 years? Thank you.
