For me, both the Topaz and the SG-01 fit very well. The Topaz are a bit bigger than the SG-01 and the inside face of the Reecho is more rounded. The Topaz have that U-shape on the inner face with that rim that fits into the top fold of the ear. The Topaz are lighter than the SG-01 and thanks to this shape they fit more durably, without the possibility of twisting.
I have a very wide ear canal and need very thick tips, which I fill with foam myself. Almost all IEMS end up with such tips and I usually find an occlusive fit but with shallow insertion.

For me T3 plus and TangZu shiminli gives the best fit.
Rechoo sg-01, KC2, heart mirror don't fit well eventhough I changed the eartips.
