1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: Comfort, bass, 2 chords (1 x portable, 1 x desk), balanced (with a good amp)
Cons: Pads does tend to get hot.
I agree w most reviews that these does not warrant the $499 MSRP. (Then rather opt for D5k, D7k).

BUT - at the +-$230 range I got them at (Amazon warehouse) - these are VERY good value for the money.

1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: Mids, Trebles
Cons: Price?
I (of course) agree with Skylab's review of these splendid 'ear-speakers'. I can also emphasize the power requirement in two words: "Speaker terminals".

I drive them from my 13W Ming Da integrated amp speaker terminals. Sublime. (I tried my Audio-gd Phoenix & LD Mk IV - just ok).

So highly recommended -if you have ample amps on tap.

1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: Multiple inputs, balanced or SE outputs, very neutral, easy UI
Cons: Price?
One of the best high end dacs for the money if you can pick it up pre-owned. The product is well thought out, clean UI, excellent manual & shipping crates etc.

Not sure the accompanying PWT is worth the money  - although it works very well in I2S mode with the PWD. (I use an Oppo BDP-83 as well for SACD/DVD-A).

Very happy with this after owning for 2 months.
