between ckr 10 and A83..which is a better all rounder?...i listen to rock/metal..jazz..vocals and pop...TIA

@trinilove : as I just mentioned in another thread, CKR10 and A83 are currently my top most favorite IEMs.  To have "a better all rounder" I would recommend to get both of these to have your bases covered   A83 is an analytical hybrid which is smoother at the top in comparison to other bright/harsh hybrids, and with an excellent bass performance thanks to its dynamic driver.  A83 is like a more refined version of CKR9.  CKR10 is smoother, warmer, fuller body, bassy, but still very detailed.  I don't listen to rock/metal/jazz, more of EDM-head, but in my opinion you would want CKR10 for your music preference as well.

@leobigfield : DITAs are great, can't argue with that, but at the current moment CKR10 and A83 (covering two different sound needs for me and costing combined less than Answer) are at the top of my audio food chain of preference

That's really nice to know! I was funding some money to the Dittas but knowing some competition at half the price is very interesting.

Hey, between the CKR10 and the CKM1000 which one is better in term of sound and comfort.

Twister another great review! How do CKR10s compare to B&W C5 s2 which you also recently reviewed?

@aras : C5S2 is recessed in upper mids, v-shape and thus kills the vocals.  In comparison, CRK10 is heads and shoulders above!

@twister6 fantastic review! I'm pretty much set on the CKR10s as I don't need another IEM like my B3P1  Any plans to review the CKR9 LTD?
