    Hagerman Cornet 2

Has anyone ordered from them? I'm interested in the Cornet 2 phono stage and I noticed it comes it a Half-Kit. Does that mean I have to purchase the case separately? Is it possible to get a complete kit?   TIA

    Westone 3 Impressions Thread

Quote:   Actually there was quite a difference. The vocals are crisper, more forward. Bass I couldn't tell a difference....if I used a blend of silver and copper wire, I could tune it for more bass.

Where to buy Klipsch X10i with international shipping. Help!

Hey all.   Does anyone know where I can find a pair of Klipsch X10i that ships to Asia? I've seen some websites that do (out of stock now) but way overpriced, somewhere around 350USD. The ones from Klipsch on Amazon are only about 189 USD but unfortunately they don't do international...

Tube science. Single v Double O Getter?

I understand a "getter" removes stray air in the vacuum tube. But is there a difference between double o-getter v single in terms of sound quality?   I.e. Telefunken el34s come with single or double-getter but the latter cost a lot more.

Those Of You That Have Both UM2 and W3

I listened to both and I pretty much come to the same conclusion as Jerry. I prefer the vocals on the UM2s though but in the end I bought the W3s.

Apparently REAL EP-630s on Ebay for $10!

Most earphones/headphones are made in China and the EP-630 is no exception. Mine came with my Dell laptop so there wasn't any retail packaging. Accessories should include a black pouch. An assortment of different size tips. It should have a gold connection. (which you have) Seems so far so...

    Shure SE530 vs. Westone 3?

If I were to listen to Jazz primarily, I would choose the SE530. But I got the W3s due to comfort.

Westone 3 - do you guys push the tips to the end?

One of the W3 complaints is the tubes are too short. But I find them to be ok with the medium size tips. btw, did you get the Hornet from Kingsound?
