Denon D2000 have pretty nice base. I haven't heard the Dre's but I'm guessing that is their strongpoint, lol. They are on amazon for a pretty good price right now: Amazon.com: Denon AHD2000 High Performance Over-Ear Headphones: Electronics

I use Sennheiser hd-280 pro's at work (machine shop). They are a little above $50, but would be perfect if you want a headphone. IEM's get pretty tiring on the ears if you wear them for a full work day.
