I have 580s powered by a PiMeta at the moment, and they sound way too laid back & boring. What are some aggresive & good phones? Thanks!

Will an Audigy2 mess up my sounds if I use digital out to a high quality DAC or not? Because many of you reccomend a M-Audio card over an audigy2, if I get a setup like above wouldn't the audio signals/data come straight out of the Audigy without the audigy messeing with the signal? Then...
