Is anyone testing pcie sound cards for line-in SNR quality and latency?

I'm interested in a low latency line-in pcie card and of course pro cards are like thousands of dollars. Does anyone know anything about the line level input capabilities and latency of normal pcie sound cards?

Is there a list of simple ADCs instead of DACs?

I want a USB or PCIe ADC to connect to the mic preamp and I can't find anything except all the standard mixer DACs like Scarlett. Is there no simple, high quality, high compatibility, low noise, low latency ADC for line-in to a computer?

Which USB DAC with two simultaneous outputs, or a switch between them?

Looking at some of these USB DACs and they shut off the second output when the first is plugged in.  Which DAC has a **** switch on the front?  Keep it under a million Zimbabwe dollars please!

Looking for headphones with speakers angled for your ears
