CHIFI LOVE Thread-A never ending IEM-Heaphones-DAP-Dongles Sound Value Quest
Got my Uiisii CM5 in red. Completely blown away by them. I'd have easily paid $50, but for $11.99 the value can't be beat. I have Uiisii HM7, VE Monk Plus and some other earbud. I enjoy them all for certain purposes, but the CM5 is clearly in a league of it's own. The natural sound...- kretzschmar

No idea, I've been out of the game since the RE-0 back in the day. I was hoping they sold them in multi size pack, if they don't I'll probably just buy some medium or large, the shipping time from china is the killer though since I got lucky with the CM5 on amazon.- kretzschmar

Thank you gents, any idea on a seller in the USA? Just ordered the CM5 (thank you slater) and needing new tips. If not, any recommendations on a similar option sold in the states? More on topic, I was freaking out trying to decide between the CM5 and EDR1. EDR1 looked more comfortable since...- kretzschmar

Cowon J3 Impressions Thread
I pulled the trigger and bought the white 8gb J3 (and soulsyde's case :) ). My main reason for purchase is that I love my RE0's and they respond very well to my clip's EQ, so I can only imagine what the improvement with the J3 will be. I also won't carry around an amp so that's why I strayed...- kretzschmar

Considering buying an ipod to Rockbox, question?
I am considering buying an ipod with a storage capacity of at least 80gb to rockbox. Is the 5.5g ipod's my best bet, and if so, can someone provide me a link of a decent place to buy one? I am afraid to buy used because the battery life may be dead, is this a valid concern? I will not be...- kretzschmar

Head-Direct RE0: durabilty issues? too much microphonics?
They should be fine if you take care of them, the microphonics is there, but not to bothersome. the have upgraded the jack on the re0's recently and the reliefs look sturdier in my opinion. If you want to check out some other iems in the price range, th sunrise x-cape is similar. Or look at...- kretzschmar

Upgrade from 8gb clip, 125 dollar budget, suggestions?
I am getting my tax return back and my wife is getting a kindle and I'm getting a new mp3 player. I currently have an 8gb sansa clip. I use it with my fiio e5 and my RE0's. 1964 Ears
I really want to go the custom route but have no cash. Guess I'll stick with my re0's, and save and save and save for the 1964-d since the s probably wouldn't be much od an upgrade (obviously assuming here.)- kretzschmar
