For any really efficient headphones, you will hear the noise floor very clearly. However on the Argon Mk3 you won't be bothered by the noise floor unless you turn it up to ear damaging levels. The A-100 has been the only amp I own that can do that.

You don't get any balanced cable from Modhouse. Just a Vmoda unbalanced 1/8" cable. Regardless of choosing the balanced option you will need to sort out balanced cabling separate.

Balanced end is the same pinout as a 3.5mm trrs from an iFi nano black. 2.5mm needs an adapter from MEE audio to change the poles. For an xlr you either need custom or a lot of adapters.
