Would using a 5.5g ipod with a LOD -> fiio E5 -> sennheiser IE7's be worth it without taking the ipod apart and rerouting the line out? Also is ipod ->lod ->amp -> IEM's safe without extra capacitors, or is the AC current only dangerous if the line out is rerouted internally?
