ok this is a revelation but read on folks..: before i wanted to send the headphones back (tomorrow), i did some listing again right now. without the post from starling2k stating to adjust the earpads (which i did not do cause i was afraid to break something) i would have sent the box back...

For example:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZB7ApwMn6w  The latter parts, around 6 minutes seemed not at all differentiated (just a sound mess, all mixed together).   However I don't know what quality this youtube version has, I did not listen to this version, but a high quality one.  ...

edit: before someone reads this post: some posts later in this thread i clarify that i am KEEPING the x2.  x2 sounds different, not worse than x1 AT ALL. in short: i fooled my self.   I recieved my X2 couple of days ago. I have a direct comparison with my X1. My old X1 sounds clearer, more...

You mention Dusseldorf ... Did you buy them in Germany? I'm looking to by the momentum 2 rev2 in germany, preferebly online. Unfortunately, I can't find any in stock. Some hint, if possible, would be great :) Edit: i see, i suppose that was a replacement. Well guess I'll just have to still wait...

Hi I'm a new user at this board and I come from Germany. I am looking for a headphone amp. I have a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music as a soundcard. I still need to buy a headphone. Very likely it will require an amp. Headphone could be HD650, AKG K701 or BT880. But the Amp should only cost...
