I am in the market for a $200-300 headphone that is closed back, does not require amplification, and emphasizes a warm signature. What would be the "ideal" choice? Thanks.

Having a preference toward emphasized bass, I am wondering if the SA6 will provide enough with the interchangeable setup (UE EB's were recently destroyed by a vacuum cleaner.) I listen to rock and some electronic. The Klipsch Custom-2's are also a consideration.

I currently have the UE EB and am wondering if upgrading to the pro's would make any noticeable sound difference. Can any body comment on the major differences that would be noticed?
