Thanks. I'm still hunting the older 325 or ms2 cups for the next build. No luck for the woody inner sleeves. I'll just use the metal one for now.

Agree with vocals too as I was listening to Diana Krall last night and really enjoyed the tracks from wildflower LP. I haven't tried it with orchestral and chorals but I doubt it with my amateur and abused ears.

My HD650 duty is for light tracks such as Jazz and classical music. This phone really shine on these types of music. But whem I'm about to rock I have my Grado soldiers lining up for the duty.

Where can I get the wooden insert for V7? My 325i left headphone died today and I'm planning to order the v7 driver. Thanks

The first owner put it together and really like it so I took it and sold my regular scout.

Whenever I'm about to rock I always find my Grado headphone :headphones: on my head and my head start to bang coz I intend to crank the dB knob way pass 10 o'clock. Guitar riffs thru Grado headphones is second to none :guitar:

The SRS-002 is new to me and got it for 40k yen at yodobashi. Yes, I'm stuck with this Walkman as I'm still confused with the new A30 if I can do the line out via wm port. Too bad it doesn't have the 3.5mm jack headphone/line out like the HD5.

I found significant bass improvement from source adjustment. I'm using stock tubes with analog source and rs1.....yes rs1 even my self I can't believe the result because this is in contrast to what I read from the wa2 thread.
