The only minor difference is the overall depth of the shells varies very slightly due to the different size requirements of the internal components. But overall I find they all feel almost exactly the same once they are in the ear.

Yeah, I would agree that Ara could make this list as well. Ara does have a more drastic boost to its top-end than the Andro/Holocene do, but it is still very much oriented towards a spacious, crisp presentation and doesn't lend itself towards the more bass-focused end of things.

I think that Holocene would be a great choice for this, probably our most neutral IEM. Next up would likely be Andromeda 2019 & earlier, then Andromeda 2020 and Ponderosa.

Hey there, sorry we missed this! Yes, as others mentioned there will be a bit more warmth/bass due to the quality of the seal. It's hard to directly compare the performance to either foam/silicone. In terms of comfort, most find a custom to be the most comfortable you can get in an IEM.
