What I’m experiencing is a dusty record effect - little pops and eventually stutters. This is without regard to upsampling. Restarting the Arce seems to clear it up for awhile.

I went back to my 2012 Mac mini with Roon bridge. DSD512 with convolution filter plays perfectly.

I’m getting plenty of little skips and stutters even with dsd64. Have gone through a handful of network switches, new router, as well as several cables.

Support said it was shipped with latest firmware - was shipped just last week. I may go ahead and do an update anyway. Update: issue was corrected through an adjustment in the Pontus settings, selecting Mute and then toggle CO1 or CO2 to swap channels for DSD.

So…how does the NEO Stream sound as a streamer only? I’ve yet to encounter a better sounding streamer than my Mac Mini + Audirvana? But I know the days are numbered on Audirvana 3.5.

Yep I’m aware. 3.5 direct to DAC is stable for me with Qobuz (knock on wood). I haven’t messed with audirvana much in dlna mode because I guess I didn’t see what the benefit would be in my setup.
