See if they will do a trade in. My batteries have gone on mine and my warranty is 3 months out. They offer me a trade in with $200 AUD and I could get new ones with new warranty

Just had a look at this. Yes the head set is updated to the current firmware. I wall charge the headset with the supplied usb cable with a 2.1a charger. Iv submitted a ticket to see what they say. Thank you for the above link to the information. Ill keep trying.

Hi all im new to the site. Iv owned Astro A40s, Sennheiser Gamer One with gsx 1000 non epos version, Philips Fidelio X2 with dragonfly black and currently Audeze Penrose Blue. I hope to learn alot more along the way.
