exactly, I have everything cabled, when I want to listen to speakers I turn on my power amp, and unplug my headphones. Reason being not to accidentally overload the headphones 😀

Yes, mentioned it before here, works flawlessly! And yes the magic is there. Be careful to unplug your headphones if using as preamp as all outputs are active at all times

I can repeat myself, May KTE with Envy and Susvara is endgame for me, I doubt any other dac would sound better. You could trick yourself into believing anything, for me the search ended :)

Native PCM sounds the best, no point in DSD. I do use hqplayer to upsample the Roon stream to 1.5m

I use an AHB2 as a power amp with Kef reference 1 meta, beautiful! I was thinking of trying speakers directly out of the jack, but due to the 5w power limit you would need at least 90db sensitive speakers. I had the Klipsch heresys but didn’t get around to try, though I assume it would work nicely.

It’s not silver wiring, instead of premium copper you get UPOCC (single crystal copper) signal wiring
