yeah im using option 2 with bb, but im not sure whether to max out the dac does it make a difference?

Hi, i have the zen stack, do i maxout the volume on the dac and control volume with the amp?

Just got myself the dac v2 and cans, interconnect using 4.4mm penta and using balanced output. Anything i should be wary about, like softwares/ firmsware or do or don't dos?

Alright thanks for the advice, still quite skeptical about the iPower as it cost quite a bit, some people said its good if its for a standalone zen dac not necessary for the amp. I would rather save the cost for a dac in the future.
