If were talking about it already - I think the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina would be a great place for the next one. NC has a strong Head-Fi community that supports these events well. I may be a little Biased.

A DAC would be a big help. I don't know about the Headroom Bithead personally but it appears to be able to function as an amp/DAC combo. One review I read had a person driving some AKG 702s with one. That would be impressive at $150. I really don't expect much of an amp or DAC in that price...
