I have a 2002 vintage soundblaster live soundcard. I am only listen to music on the pc. I have a klipsh pro media 2.1. I have no need for a 5.1 system right now. Would a soundcard upgrade do anything for me?

Wow these sound 100 times better. All I did was take a mini screwdriver and pop out the washers... Treble no longer rolls off and the bass has improved. Not hollow anymore. Whoever put that washer there was an idiot!

after these burned in they seem to open up, but the sound is still kinda hollow. Is that because of the path the sound needs to take on its way to the ear?

oh and why are the highs so muffled?

First IEM I've owned. Have a pair of Sennheiser CX300-B Earbuds that I love. What is the consensus? I seem to get a good fit, but the bass response isn't deep like the senns. They seem accurate and i hear a lot of detail, but the midrange seems to overppower the highs. Broke em in over two days...

On some of my mp3s, although they are tagged correctly, when I import the tracks to my 5 gen 60 gig and my 5.5 gen 80 gig, the track order is all whacked out. Has anyone on this forum experienced this, or does anyone know a fix or work around? many thanks!
