Not finding through the technical support app. Went to settings system update which redirected to technical support app which didn’t find it. Went to Fiio website and received error when attempting to download it using chrome browser on player. Lol. No luck for me. Maybe server bogged.

Where you guys finding update. M11 plus ltd not finding it? Do you have to update from Fiio website

W2 way to go. Have had both.

Sounds great. My favorite app. So far though does not play well with feels android 10 as it does not recognize the deck as being greater than 24/48. Not sure whether that’s on the fiio side or the Amazon side but no updates from Amazon have improved it and still waiting for a firmware update...

Amazon music hd not recognizing DAC either but not sure fiio problem because it used to work correctly on m15 until one of Amazon's updates as fiio hasn't updated m15 in forever. Now not showing on m15 as well. Apple Music and Qobuz working well on new m11 plus according to sample rate display...
