Would a Hiby R6 III be considerably more powerful for her compared to her current NWZX2?

she just told me she also is looking at one that is 80ohm. She tried it with her DAP and it wouldnt get loud enough but she tried it with a hiby SR6 and she said it was beautiful but she is trying not to spend 2k AUD on a DAP if she can avoid it lol

Hey all, so my partner has been using a NWZX2 for a long time but she wants some new open back headphones which need more power to drive. Can i get some reccomendations? Does more power always=more money? Needs to be dap only. no dap+amp combo and no desktop amp please. Thanks in advance :)

thanks mate. i might wait for a sale and see if she wants them eventually. shes happy with her currents, says they sound great to her, so yeah

she only uses them for gym, and keeps them on charge most of the time when not at gym. so no issues there. was that issue never fixed? was it a hardware issue then? pretty poor if so.

my wife has the v1 of these, is there much reason to upgrade? she is happy with v1's, but if theres a reason/s...

i demo'ed the Ara's today for about 2 hours TLDR prefer the Andromeda Golds personally. But the mids in the Ara are better and vocals cleaner. But everything else, *especially* lows, prefer Golds Saved me a lot of money, lol. Also demo'ed solaris 2020 I still dont like Solaris :/ ierz1r...

Do you guys who use ier-z1r paired with wm1a-do you prefer high gain or low gain?

Loving so far. However, I find the tips 1.dont seal very well and 2. Don't go in deep enough. Somehow I feel the earpiece is stopping the tips from going in too deep. Any suggestions or did anyone else also experience this?
