I’ve got Vegas, but they’ve succumbed to the adhesive failing and CA have very kindly said I can swap them for Atlas... BUT... the reason I got Vegas in the first place was because they’re so small and compact. I’m now worried that the Atlas won’t fit? what do you guys think?

Wow, that’s a surprise to me also... I use mine with CA Vegas, and only ever use direct (to save battery life) but the bass, in particularly on live tracks is just incredible.

I beg to differ too!!! There’s a huge difference even with my Vegas...

Oh yeah, I’m currently at about 900hrs, so mine’s definitely burned in. I swapped to Balanced and that made a huge difference in terms of everything I could hear as that burned in. I was more making comment about the A35 needing no burn in purely because it has different innards.

so, I got mine from Amazon UK... and they were really good about just sending more out... although they’ve stopped that now I think, for product over a certain price bracket. I’m OCD also, but generally only about things that I pay for that I feel should have better quality control!

My buttons are the same, and the very edge of the gold plated 4.4mm balanced jack also has a rough edge, so I know exactly what you mean. I actually ordered x3 replacements to see if they were all the same, and they were (apart from a dead pixel on one of them too).
