Shanling M2x - TIDAL || Wi-Fi || Both-way LDAC BT & BT Transmitter || Advanced USB transport || FW 2.7
You can swipe left on a long title and it will do the scroll. Not sure if there's a setting for that to automatically happen all the time, though.- Bonton

Hiby R3, SonyNW A45, Shanling m2X HELP
Have you bought any of these already? If yes, I hope you saved up a bit more and bought the HiBy R5 (or, alternatively, an iBasso DX120 or 160). That should be able to give you the most headroom for future headphone upgrades + best sound quality out of all those listed, without having a short...- Bonton

Shanling M2x - TIDAL || Wi-Fi || Both-way LDAC BT & BT Transmitter || Advanced USB transport || FW 2.7
Greetings! I'd like to know what file (type and bitrate), settings, and headphones/IEMs were used for testing the claimed battery life for both SE and Balanced Out. I'm interested in buying the M2X, which, for my case, will be used to listen to DSDs and FLACs through a HiSenior B5+ IEM that has...- Bonton

The Fragrant Zither (TFZ) Reviews and Impressions Thread
Anyone with any info regarding the T1s: sound sig, if the cables are detachable, etc? It's on Massdrop right now for 27USD, wondering if it's worth getting for a secondary IEM.- Bonton

I have the B5+ as well and it's a good IEM, just wondering if the T4 would be a significant upgrade over the B5+. Otherwise maybe I'd look at some other brands or models for my next upgrade.- Bonton

does anyone have both the T4 and B5+? if yes, how do they compare? I'm somehow setting my eyes on the T4 as my first CIEM, if I get enough money soon.- Bonton

Just got my B5+ today. You're right with regards to the sound (though I was surprised with the lack of bass punch [I think?] compared to the ZST, and actually I like that it's not as sibilant as the ZST). Curious if the cables you got are kinda bad as well? Mine has a problem I guess with the...- Bonton

The Audio Lounge
Just received my HiSenior B5+ today. Are the cables usually /this/ loose? My right piece loses sound sometimes when I move around (as simple as swaying my head around, or head banging). Also, do these require some burn-in time? I'm not sure if I'm just not used to the sound, or if these really...- Bonton

Sony/B&W/HTC/AKG/Sennheiser/MISC Thread
According to the Aliexpress page of HiSenior, it's 20 ohms, so maybe it's fairly easy to drive. Thanks for the answer! Will try to get a cheap second hand one to replace my Oppo F7. The F7's audio out is not too good for me and it's too big. Keeps killing whatever earphones I use with it (I put...- Bonton

Sony/B&W/HTC/AKG/Sennheiser/MISC Thread
Does anyone have an XZ1 Compact, and use it for music [with earbuds/IEMs], unamplified? Can anyone say if it would be an upgrade, a downgrade, or neither from a FiiO M3[K]? I'm interested in getting the XZ1C so I won't have to carry around separate devices for music-listening purposes. Hoping...- Bonton

Hi all. There's not a lot of reviews regarding the Hisenior B5+ (and somewhat scarce info about the company as well) but I ordered one yesterday from them directly, while it was on sale for ~90USD. With regards to that, I have a few questions: 1. How is the sound of the B5+ and what should I...- Bonton
