usb-c dongle/cable durability
I got some magnetic adapters and so far so good. Most of my charging cable connectors start to wear out after a few years as well. Hopefully the magnetic adapters will last.- fuzion

usb-c dongle/cable durability
It's some old amazon dongle that i bought years ago when when they stopped putting headphone jacks in phones and tablets. I don't doubt there's wear to the usbc ports too as the devices are over a year old. I guess this is a more general question because usbc seems less robust than 3.5mm...- fuzion

usb-c dongle/cable durability
I find the usb-c connection to my phone/tablet a bit finicky and fragile. If it gets bumped even lightly it often loses the connection. Are there any dongles or cable that's a bit more robust that can take a little more abuse or is Bluetooth the only way to go?- fuzion

If you still love Etymotic ER4, this is the thread for you...
Good to know. I just got the xr because my last etymotic was the er6 and thought I would try their warmer version this time. So far so good, but I may play around with eq as suggested.- fuzion

What are some recommendations for comfortable full sized headphones? Say if I score headphones based on comfort and sound, 70:30. For everyday listening and some gaming.- fuzion

THX 789 No longer powers on after static discharge touching the headphones.
If the led is dim then the problem is probably not the led but more upstream. If you don't have the tools to debug and fix it yourself then I agree it's probably better to just get a new one.- fuzion
