That was actually what I was trying to emphasize. While the treble became brighter, it did not take over the mid and bass, which left a very unique impression in my mind. I actually had the honor to try the zombie - but with a pure silver housing. The sound signature was out of this world! Compared to the retail version now, this silver housing of zombie had a much brighter treble but not overwhelming, maintaining the soundstage of zombie. This was very unique...- Viler
