There is no "slightly different design". It is literally the Mobius with a HyperX badge on it.

This is probably a dumb question, but it seems when I plugged the Mobius into my PC via USB I somehow turned off charging. How do I turn it back on??

I also have been using Discord while using the 7.1ch mode. Getting my mic to work, as well as hearing my friends, was an issue at first, but once I reset my discord audio in the setting menu everything worked.

How are you guys tracking your package and seeing delivery estimates? SFC has been stuck on "Departured from SFC warehouse" since the fifth and when I try to track via the tracking number SFC provides USPS says it is awaiting package and DHL gives a error.

What is the email address that tracking numbers are coming from? I only ask because I made a poor decision when I backed these on Indiegogo and used a outlook email address. So I will probably need to add the sender to a white-list or they will be blocked.

I have been trying to work with Audeze support over the past few days as I never received a email for shipping verification. Still no solution. Their customer support is quite awful. I hope I never have to work with them again. I hope you guys never have to deal with them either.

I never received one either. It is not in junk for me. I contacted support so hopefully they can help.
