6" long Red cable 3.5mm female to 6.3mm male adaptor. I don't see this exact configuration but the closest on their website is an 8" for $100. Alex will make pretty much custom make anything so this may have been one of those. I got it with a used pair of DCA headphones and have gone all 4.4...
