I just got these as a work pair of closed phones, but I am working from home now with a beautifully empty house all day so I can enjoy open cans or speakers to my heart's content.
I got them directly from DCA on 11/17/2021. I have all the stuff including the new cable. I asked DCA about it since the cable is so different and was told it's the new standard. I think it is a definite improvement from the old cable...
