Thanks for the detail response. I already have the Modius DAC and I got it at launch mainly for the form factor and unison usb (not balanced). Only reason I'm considering Magnius is to take advantage of the 2nd output on my DAC (xlr) so that I can have 1 DAC going to 2 AMPS. Not at same time...

I dont know why but so far the stock sound best to me :) I tried gold lions (least fav) and pair gold teslas got off ebay they were ok. But the stock seem to give me the best soundstage, music just sounds open, and doesn't have high screech for highs that lions had. maybe just need more seat...

Hi All, I have a Schiit Modius on the way and want to connect it to 2 amps. Since modius as XLR out, can I use a XLR to RCA cable and connect to my Magni Hersey RCA in? Then use the existing RCA to RCA to my Lyr3. Just want to make sure I don't screw up my gear. Thanks.

I just snagged the Gamedac good price curiosity got me. Will test it on my PS4 with SHP9900, M50X, Might pickup the HD599 or HD58X as well. I also might try PS4 > gamedac > Darkvoice amp > headphones. I only game on PS4 and I have no interest in talking to anyone so I never use a mic so...
