When a product is produced with clear faults as these were a good company supports their customers even beyond the guarantee. The customer is then understanding and buys more products from the manufacturer. They do make some good sounding products but quality is very hit and miss as is customer...

I wouldn’t hold your breath. From experience the customer service is unhelpful at best. They make good sounding stuff with questionable quality and customer service. I think the FH1 would have been a massive seller without the poor quality control.

Are you replacing all the old versions FOC then?

No worries. I’ve got that one and mine fit perfectly with the headband adjustment all the way closed. It seems strange some cases fit and some don’t. Good luck with the next one.

Mine do this too. Ok until they get warm though. If I push the reset button under the right earpad then restart them and go to the app it works on all settings with the correct degrees of sensitivity. Goes wonky again next time I use them though. It’s always my right one that plays up first as...

No worries they are fab headphones. I don’t know about this but logic should suggest there must be a better pair for £330 without ANC or are they just a bargain. I do slightly prefer the sound to my Shure SE535 LTd’s so maybe they are just that good?

Why by noise cancelling headphones if you don’t need it? Probably a third of the price is for this feature.

I use mine with an LG G6 too. The quad dac and 3.5mm connection is what led me to sell my iPhone. I really dislike android as a phone but I phones can't compete with it's wired sound. I love listening to my PX. Yes they are quirky but they sound so good. I don't really notice the quirks anymore...

I used to get problems with the ear cups losing seal but now they have softened it's no longer an issue at all. The pads could have done with an additional 5mm thickness so they work better for more people. I'm surprised B&W haven't offered an option.

I get terrible static noise when they are used while charging from any plugged in source especially if I touch them with my hands. It's fine from say a laptop that isn't plugged in and running on it's battery . I just don't use them like this anymore, once charged they last bloody ages anyway...

It's quite a big difference on my lg g6 with quad dac. Well worth plugging the cable in. I'd say its a much much bigger difference than I notice between flac and good mp3. I used to have to move the headband forward and back and move the cups around to get a seal. I just seem to chuck them on...

When I first got mine the seal was hit and miss. I'm not sure if I've gotten used to putting them on properly of if the pads have just improved but they seem fine now. The difference in sound between getting a good seal and not quite right is massive. It's even more obvious with the noise...

I have mixed feelings for fiio, most of it is positive. They do offer value for money but QC is lacking. The $ to £ thing is just a slap in the face. Richer Soumds don't need the hassle of their errors I'd guess. It's good stuff with a large hint of Chinese unreliability. I try not to lose...
