Need help. My water bottle leaked all over my backpack and my sp1000 got wet! Tried the rice thing for 48 hours but it’s dead. It’s 6 months out of warranty. Any advice on how to repair an expensive brick?

Need some advice. The backplate on my sp1000 has cracked. I suspect as a result of being in my backpack and collided with laptop on commute. It still works but how do I get it fixed/replaced in the UK. It’s 14 months old so not in warranty? Thanks.
