I, in particular, am trying to find an MMCX-compatible bluetooth cable that works with my ER4-XPs. Their countersinking/notch approach on their cables doesn't seem to work with other MMCX compatible cables. Has anyone found a way to make this switch?

Tried the Westone and unfortunately the Etymotics won't click on to the ends of the connectors - maybe MMCX isn't totally standard? Harrumph. Any other votes for MMCX bluetooth cables? Many on Amazon have mixed reviews.
