Which one most suitable eartips for kz zs5: 1. Spiral Dot 2. Ortofon 3. Comply Stock eartips seem not good for me..

I think this one not compatible with ZS5 cause of the different connector

I was got full refund from gearbest after received fake item, support center reacted so friendly on may case. so if you are received fake item, contact support center. they are only asking me to send picture of outer box. thanks, i hope thats help

How long the replacement process? Do you sent back your IEM to gearbest or no?

The letter on nozzles are correct L on the left and R on right with mic on it but i tested on poweramp and winamp they are inverted..

Just received 5 days ago, it took 2 week to my country i think my IEM fake because there is no QR Tag on the cable and the R and L are inverted. this is my first time buy on gearbest also the last time, very disappointed ! how to refund product on gearbest ?
