Are there any PC speaker systems capable of Dolby ATMOS? Not the home theater type but something small and self-powered 7.1 for PC use?

Does anybody have Buttkicker Gamer II mounted to their gaming chair? I've just discovered this device and been reading up on it. I understand how it works, but does it rattle and create un-intended noise for people in the room while I am wearing a headset? Suggestions are appreciated.
