I found UE pro customer service to be fantastic. I have very sensitive ears and have had my UE4's adjusted twice. Once by mail and once in person there at the UE office in Irvine. I got them to be where I wanted. UE then took a 3D scan of my ue4 before they made the UERR. The UERR fit pretty...

Scanned some of the previous pages but did not see this. Any one compare this to the audio technica AT-PHA50BT. I use one of those for travel when I want to avoid cables hanging out. I use it with CIEM, but would be up for a SQ upgrade.
