I know it's few years late but ive got the older ones and been repaired once and right after a year the power blow again. I think this product has a really bad power supply design and there's no switch to turn off the product and that may hurt cause of power shortage.

I have the Onkyo DP-S1, and the upsampling did sounds big improvement for me too on CD quality 16bit pcm 44.1khz and lower tracks through my Mojo or just the Onkyo to my SE846, for higher quality tracks it doesn't offer upsampling anyways. settings if i remember correctly: filter or eq is off...
