My headphone system comprises a Sony PS-6750 Direct Drive turntable with an Ortofon 2M blue moving magnet cartridge via a Schitt Mani phono stage into a Lyr headphones amp. A bit of a pain in the butt when i want to listen to CD. I was thinking about some kind of Y connector so i can connect...- Floyddroid

Schiit Lyr Tube Rollers
Let me type that again as my predictive text is getting the better of me. Mullard Sovtek and Genelec Gold Dragons. And the ones that worked best is the JJ's that came as stock.- Floyddroid

Schiit Lyr with Grado SR225 phones
Just wondered if anyone could offer a little advice? Would my Grado SR225 headphones work well with a Mk1 Schiit Lyr headphone amp? The impedance of the Grado's is 32 Ohm. I know the new verion of the Lyr has a gain swich though i think that the Mk 1 should have sufficient gain. Cheers guys.- Floyddroid
