looking for help here please Folks?   i know the xdp 300 will play nicely with some battery powered dacs and  a few mains powered, but the meridian explorer 2 is unpowered and when connected with a usb OTG setup it refuses to even power up (lack of internal battery i think)   has anyone...

question for you guys.   yes i know that tidal only currently supports the masters decoding (and the masters tab) on the desktop version.   However ,i have added the masters version of..lets say... floyds the division bell to my favourites ( from the mac desktop menu) then accesed that...

tidal played offline on the xdp300r is very glitchy. sometimes 4 or 5 times per track,  files downloaded to a  micro sd card ( a fast one)   files are not corrupt as replaying the track will see the glitches appear elsewhere.   streaming is less troublesome..only occasionally .   Will try...

Apart from a few mm at the bottom where the centre lug of the case is, the pioneer xdp100 case fits the 300 and the onkyo perfectly..its such a tight fit that he player does not move inside the case easily. If youre ultra fussy you could add a bit of hard foam on the bottom , but its really not...
