Right now, i'm using a LOD from my ipod into a headroom airhead amp that pushes shure e4s. I'm going to be upgrading the phones to the e500/e530 I think. what would be a good upgrade for the amp? Thanks

Not shure about the dates of the sale... e5000 PTH are sitting at $399. e4's are $239 e3's are $144 oddly, on their webpage, the e5s and the e2s are not on sale. I am inclined to think they are clearing stock for the new models.
