Venture Electronics Pro — Supernova Headphones ($50 inspired by the SHP9500)
I am a member for years, but this will be my first attempt to write a headphone review. A few weeks ago I received the Venture Electronics Supernova headphone. I listened to it and tried to compare it to two other closed back headphones I own, the 1More H1707 and the AKG K371. Both headphones I...- Martin Zeef

Massdrop SMSL T1 DAC/Tube Amp
I bought a normal SMSL T1 (not Massdrop). Sounds great! It's a tube preamplifier with build in dac. Going to replace the chinese tube for a amperex ecc88/6dj8. I hope the sound will get even better.- Martin Zeef

Cowon Plenue D
I did what you said, but the problem stays the same. The device starts up, asks for the language selection, but you can't select one. So, I am afraid the touchscreen does not work.....- Martin Zeef

Cowon Plenue D
Can someone help me? I bought a Plenue D on eBay but it has a problem: It starts up and asks for selecting the language, but I can not select one. There seems to be a touchscreen problem or the UI 'freezes'. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?- Martin Zeef

ONN X5
I posted that the X5 accepts sd-cards, but not those of 128gb or higher...... So 64gb is the maximum. Just format the card in the X5 and you will have no problems.- Martin Zeef

I tried it and gave up. You need a tool to install the firmware and that didn't work with windows 10.- Martin Zeef

ONN X5
Different ones. Fostex te-05 in-ears, Panasonic RP-HD 10 over-ears, Grado iGrado and AiAiAi Tracks. I prefer the AiAiAi Tracks. They are lightweight and a bit bassy. The best sound I get with the Panasonic. But the AiAiAi cost only 29 Euro's. So for about 70 Euro's you can have a nice sounding...- Martin Zeef

ONN X5
Well, the other two players have a beter GUI, more functions, bigger screens, more buttons and and and..... But they also cost more than the ONN X5 (about 5 or even 7 times). Soundwise the difference is not that big. Plus, the ONN X5 is much smaller, ideal for travelling and has a fm-radio. If...- Martin Zeef

ONN X5
Hello, I own a ONN X5 (and a Hidizs AP100 and a Fiio X3 1st Gen). Bought it from Hongkongeek.com for about 40 Euro's. Great little player. The design and form factor are great, the sound is above average and it has a radio! The navigation buttons are a little bit unusual. Every button has more...- Martin Zeef

Hello everybody, I bought a Hidizs AP 100 with fw073 on it. I flashed fw075 without any problems. My 32gb sdcards give no problem, but my 64gb sdcards give me a headache... The player recognizes it, shows all albums, but when I select an album, the songs are gone. The player says 'no file...- Martin Zeef
