Reply to review by 'Black Sugar' on item 'Astrotec Vesna EVO'
Just bought today and my initial impression this is good alternative for Final E1000, the overall sound signature really remind me of E1000. less mellow than E1000 more realistic timbre, more midbass punch have more treble extension than E1000 but still in smooth manner like E1000. The midrange...- Black Sugar

Hifiman HE400se
Still gets confusing between D50s or look elsewhere cause lately i've been think the bluetooth feature give me more benefit and after spend several days with HE400se, i have to say the shrill sounding treble, sibilance become much more reduce. Everthing just sounds more organic, not significant...- Black Sugar

Anyone here pairing HE400se with topping E30 DAC? do these pair have good synergy in term of sound? Or maybe i just save bit money (???) to get Topping D50s since my desktop amp is A50s and at this time i plug them into 4.4mm. Thanks- Black Sugar

Reply to review by 'Black Sugar' on item 'Etymotic ER2SE'
@twiceboss @Blackwoof unfortunately, the XR version not available in my local retailer. Tanya is my new daily drive IEM and i think Tanya Is just another fun sounding budget IEM but i found they're just too smooth for metal and the transient rather slow. How about PMV PP or NF NA2+???- Black Sugar

Do these cans good for metal genre that require fast transient and attack? And btw, i just can't tolerate peaky upper mid. Do these cans relatively free from sibilance?- Black Sugar

So right now, I'm looking for IEM, My first candidate is PMV PP then i found these ER2SE. Just wondering, are they (ER2SE) still hold the competition against the new comer IEM (especially Chi-fi IEM) nowadays?- Black Sugar

Maybe it's time for me to try another entry level poison 😁. So, when Tanchjim release Tanya i'm kind tempted to try...- Black Sugar

FiiO FD1 - 10mm 1DD IEM
It seems FiiO have QC issues during mass production of these cans, i can't say that is true or not. There's always evaluation from 1st batch, right??? Finally, mine has been sold and grab another one.- Black Sugar
