Since I'm new to  this stuff, when you say poorly recorded tracks do you mean ones from years ago or do you mean trashy pop lol

DrSheep,   Thanks for the reply. I am planning on driving these using the Oppo HA-2 that  i own. What do you of this combination? Also, how forgiving are they of tracks that may be poorly recorded? Is 320kbps good enough as i dont own FLACs   Cheers

Hey guys,   I just have some questions regarding the noble k10 iem.   1. How is the bass in terms of impact, for example i like to hear punchy kicks in edm.  2. What is the soundstage like? 3. I mainly listen to pop, ballads, rnb, edm, trance, house. will this iem be suitable?   Thanks

    Fostex TH-900 sound sig.

Hey guys,   To anyone that has heard these or owns them, Would you describe the sound of the Fostex TH-900 as velvety and lush/warm? I like to hear the warmness of keyboards such as the DX7, lush and FULL synths and also nice vocals that don't sound dry.   Many thanks Chris

Advice needed regarding vocals on Fostex TH-900

Hi everyone,   I have heard that the Fostex TH-900 has a recessed midrange.   As a huge fan of female vocals ranging from selena gomez to mariah carey, will this be a problem? I want to be able to hear the sexiness of the vocal, can EQ help IF it is an issue? Also for male vocals?   Cheers

Need a headphone recommendation for dance, pop, rnb

Hi jodjey4,   Cheers for the quick feedback. I'm not really a fan of Sennheiser products when it comes to a fun sound and I've heard the IE800s lack the punch needed for what I listen to. The return policy is that there are no returns... hence why i received a gift voucher after buying the...

Need a headphone recommendation for dance, pop, rnb

Well the voucher is for The Volume Store in Melbourne Australia. They have the Shures available for demo but not the Fostex, anyone know of anywhere in Victoria the Fostex can be demoed at? In terms of IEM vs full sized, i don't really mind as long as the bass is really good and the soundstage...

Need a headphone recommendation for dance, pop, rnb

Hey guys,   As stated in the title, I mainly listen to mainstream pop, dance music, rnb, edm (with vocals i.e. trance house techno) and i LOVE eurodance.   I want energy in my bass but also clarity all round.   Do you guys think that the Shure SE846 or the Fostex TH-900 would be better for...

    Advice on headphones!!!

Hey guys, So I am considering purchasing the Fostex-TH900s, which are known to be v-shaped (I am a bit of a noob when it comes to these things so forgive me lol). I listen mainly to EDM, trance, house, dance music, pop, rnb Are these headphones going to be good for what i listen to? Also i...
