Hello! Are there any good IEMs that has a neutral balanced sound with rolled off highs?

I have seen many people talking about how much ATH M50X is better in terms of pricing, but I have seen a review on Youtube that it has V shaped sound with enhanced bass and highs. I am not sure if the mids frequencies would be clear. Some people are sensitive to high freuqencies.

Do you know any other portable headphones so that hair doesn't get stuck in the sliding mechanism? 

I was wondering if I was going to record a guitar for example, does Bose QC25 work as a headphone to record music? Like drums, etc? I might be wrong, since the mix could be easliy bad. Only studio headphones might work. Because ANC headphones does have some kind of DSP so I think QC25 is only...

Sennheiser doesn't list impedance on the headphone. Or am I wrong?

My ears are a little bit angled forward. Bose QC25 is the ONLY headphone that I've found to be super comfortable.

How is the sound quality on these headphones? I have seen a guy in school using Sony 7506 or V6 (If it is correct since both models are identical), but I don't know how it sounds on them because they are studio monitors.
