Send them in for a repair. Takes about 2-3 weeks to get a replacement, but it is worth it. B&O even restarts the warranty on the replacement pairs.

And with just about same reasoning one can say why'd one be looking at H9 if they have no use for Bluetooth.

Beoplay H5 is an excellent choice to be considered. My only complaint is that the battery life is kind of terrible and sometimes they don't even give a warning before dying out.
