I'm using SS3602 and I can't put the EMI Shield  back.. The SS3602 is too high. I have SS3601 too. I'm thinking about SS3601 usage (if the emi shiled can't go back: it's all the same.. :) ) But perhaps I can use the EMI shild (but without SS3602) with  the SS3601.

It is an old problem. In the earlier times the SB sound cards have this problem too. The solution was: put the soundcard to an other PCI-E slot. Now I don't know that this can fix your problem now. SB ZxR with AD827SQ and Signetics 5534N: it's good!
