Audeze LCD-X
I'm very happy with the new driver update! This feels really light.. Even lighter than my old HE-400 or the EL-8! more comfy too. And I've heard this is one of the heaviest headphones around. The sound.. wow.. Not to exaggerate much but really. Now that I've heard the Xs I'm now curious about...- moises13456

JVC new top tier Wooden IEM : JVC HA FX 1100
Hi guys! I just received my Linum Bax MMCX cable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! The sound is a little more clearer now and because of this the soundstage and imaging now is more apparent. No more congested sound too. The bass now is more controlled, tighter and punchy. Now I'm able to hear it's...- moises13456

JVC new top tier Wooden IEM : JVC HA FX 1100
Sorry to barge in.. I agree with the cable furring up what disappoints me the most is that I tried to sue the shirt clip for a while and the cable some how is losing connection after that in just a month of use. I guess they didn't use a much more durable cable. Using the shirt clip is NOT...- moises13456

New Zealand Headphone Meet MK II, 2015 Ed.
Hi guys! I'm just wondering where do you actually buy this stuffs here in New Zealand? The only store I have seen with a little bit of gear is computerlounge. But the stock they have is few and limited. I'm looking for a store that really focuses on selling headfi stuffs.- moises13456

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
Hmmm... That is weird coz mine definetly improved the bass and sound stage or even the imaging when the cotton is on. I've taken the cotton in and out multiple times to be certain.- moises13456

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
I know! I too was shocked that part is plastic. I barely use this outdoors(jogging etc.) and never while lying in bed coz of the fear of breaking the part that holds the driver together! I only listen to this in front of the computer. Good luck with your El8!- moises13456

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
Talking about trips. I just had a quick trip to my local shop and just noticed a minor crack on the headband that holds the driver. Hope this doesn't get worse because I paid $1200+ nz dollars including shipping and customs!! I like the sound it squeezes out tiny details and don't need it to be...- moises13456

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
I agree. It's just unusual to me. I never had experienced that noise on any headphones before upon movement. I am just about to RMA this right at this moment. Well I guess that noise is normal? That's all I need to know. Tnx- moises13456

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
Hi everyone! I've read someone having problems with a noise inside the driver (a sticky plasticky noise) upon movement. Anyone else having the same issue? Is that normal or do we need to be concerned about it?- moises13456

Centrance Mini-M8
I haven't tried an optical source yet to my mini-m8. If you have a toslink out from your source that would probably work for the mini. I am planning to buy those AKs but they are just too expensive.- moises13456

Centrance Mini-M8
I too was confused before because dx90 has an included coaxial cable. But unfortunately mini-m8's coaxial input is different and used a 3.5mm coaxial input instead. Fortunately that is compatible with the DX90. Problem is you also have to buy a mini to mini portable interconnects seperately.- moises13456

I don't know how some people are complaining about a hiss. They must have a super human sensory hearing! I just got my Angie and it sounds amazing with the mini-M8 specially when I use the balanced RSA port. You can hear a VERY SMALL amount of hiss in a VERY QUIET environment in the HIGHEST...- moises13456

I can now imagine the FX850 might be a little bit sibilant on some songs and really fun sounding on some. If both has the same driver the bass could possible be the same amount.- moises13456
