Head-Fi Basshead IEM thread (lists page 1)
Guys, which is the bassiest one from the TFZ portfolio? Or, anything around 100-150 dollars max? 2 pin detach cable, and proper noise isolation is an advantage.- dilidani

Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
I saw someone really love the 6in1 (**** xba, right?) while someon saying its cheaply made and sound is bad too. Would love to hear more opinions about that one. By the way, I don't have high hopes for the KZ ZS5 to be honest.- dilidani

CHIFI LOVE Thread-A never ending IEM-Heaphones-DAP-Dongles Sound Value Quest
ZS3 is nowhere near basshead level. It has bass, but all in all I'm not impressed at all. It doesnt have enough bass and doesnt have enough clarity, at least in one part every iem should excel, while being decent on the other haha. Edit: Just tried foamies on them, received them today as well...- dilidani

Well, maybe your unit was defective, these chinese companies arent the best buddies with the guy called Quality Control. With EQ boost and the right tips the TTPod is a cool iem for me. Gave them several hours of burn in. At the plextones, please use wide bore tips. I'm using tennmak/kz whirlwind.- dilidani

CHIFI LOVE Thread-A never ending IEM-Heaphones-DAP-Dongles Sound Value Quest
Plextone X41 is not the iem to j.zz in your pants from luscious vocal trance tracks haha.. :D They are meant for big room house, trap, hiphop, everything with subbass. They have pretty dope bass, and OK mids and highs. They save your hearing, no spiky V-shape while commuting, no sparkly-bright...- dilidani

Guys, my little wooly pads inside the earphone tube are gone. ZS3 model. You know, that little foam behind the "earwax filter" (they are like a little part of paper haha). One of them was misplaced (lack of glue i guess) so I removed the other one as well. Does it affect sounds? I'm curious...- dilidani

Hello @stilleh, Seahf eg009 is very poor, nonexistent treble and mids. I'm waiting for my replacament cable, maybe that will help. I gave it several days of burn-in. Not recommended. KZ ZS3, neither. For someone looking for real bass heavy stuff, they are not enough. Maybe with decent...- dilidani

ZS3 needs serious amount of burnin. Im surely topping 100hrs on my pair and its getting decent. If your sound seems total :beep: just try plugging the 2-pin connector in the opposite direction. It did the trick for me. :) It has decent amount of bass even for me (I'm kinda basshead) but mids...- dilidani
